Below are some typical questions New England Parties receives about our products and services. We strive to make things the best that we can for you! If you still have a question feel free to call us.

Q: How can I get information on pricing?
A: Please call us at 855-637-2784. We’re happy to quote you immediately. Often times we offer package specials or discounted offers so we want to make sure you get the best price for what you need!

Q: Is New England Parties insured?
A: Yes! New England Parties is a fully insured and licensed Company. We are happy to send you a certificate of insurance for your records. Our policy meets or exceeds all state requirements.

Q: Will you help us with permitting/licensing for anything we might need?
A: Yes. We are very experienced with city/park permitting and licensing and are happy to assist in whatever way we can. All of our equipment is properly licensed and inspected as required.

Q: Do you have a rain policy?
A: Yes. If you need to change your event date because of rain, we are happy to hold your payment as a credit towards a future date with no penalty as long as you give 24 hours notice or more.  We cannot guarantee the same equipment for a new date, but will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: Does the rental time include your set up time?
A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to enjoy the equipment

Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how much equipment we are bringing! Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. We will always let you know before when we plan to come!

Q: What payments do you take?
A: Cash, Check or Credit Cards.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes all orders require a 50% deposit.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best option), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks and we require a flat surface.

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you’ve ordered or you may contact our office.
